Existing studies on the dynamic characteristics of planetary gearboxes are generally based traditional modeling methods. The models were idealized because various uncertain factors that affect gearbox. influence non-mechanical components, such as driving motors, analysis, is often ignored. Digital twin technology can not only simulate data physical entities to realize real-time state evaluation and fault diagnosis complex equipment but also reflect entity modeled object completely. Therefore, a digital multi-body model gearbox established for detecting combined sun gear missing teeth or pitting under different working conditions. subjected electromechanical coupling studied. frequency, both related modulation frequencies appear in experiment, corresponding characteristic simulation. validity proposed was experimentally verified. Finally, root-mean-square index used analyze sensitivity models. results show effect has significant advantage, thus verifying necessity considering
